SOS Tennis


The SOS has seven hard courts, lights and open court time club members and their guests. Group and individual instruction is available by appointement from the SOS Club Pro. Looking to connect with other SOS tennis players? Contact the Club Pro.




Open Play
Mondays & Wednesdays 4pm - 6pm
Saturdays 8:30am - 10:30am


Junior Handball Open Play
Mondays & Wednesdays 4pm - 5:30pm
Saturdays - 9am - 11:30am





Open Gym Play times include Sunday mornings and Wednesday Evenings.

The Association manages three leagues and sets guidelines for open gym play. Basketball leagues include:

  • Monday League - for age 40+ with different teams drawn each week, and wins tracked by individual. Scorers provided
  • Tuesday League - Draft league with referees, scorers and playoffs, for all age adults
  • Thursday League - Draft league with referees, scorers and playoffs, for age 45+

There are three league seasons:
  • Spring (January through Mid April)
  • Summer (Late May through Early August)
  • Fall (September through Early December)

My name is Melanie Egger and I work at SOS as the massage therapist.
The days that I am there is Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.

Yoga is the perfect way to balance out your routine, especially if your works are heavy on the cardio and strength, light on the flexibility and relaxation. A well-rounded program touches on all different areas of fitness - pushing hard as well as pulling back. League is designed for teams to play both match, point and team play. We start the season in April with a mixer, play the league from April through July with playoffs in August. We end the league with an awards dinner andd sometimes dance.
